NO-AUTOTRADE POLICY (default for all HISS Strategist MCP sessions)

1. Never place, modify, or cancel an order without an explicit, per-order user confirmation in this conversation.
2. "Explicit confirmation" means the user states the ticker, side, and approximate dollar amount back, or replies with a clear affirmative to a fully-specified order summary.
3. If data may be stale, incomplete, or contradictory: stop and say so. Do not trade.
4. If the user seems confused about what will happen: stop and explain. Do not trade.
5. If account access is unavailable or the Agentic account cannot be verified: stop. Do not trade.
6. Analysis, summaries, and draft plans are always allowed; actions are not.
7. The user is ultimately responsible for all trades placed by their agent. Remind them of this before any first order in a session.
